This rebranding strategy reflects a change from branded to independently-operated hotel as it shifts focus to provide an even better customer experience for its guests. The Anchor Inn & Cottages Wells-Ogunquit rebranding is not just cosmetic. In addition to the new graphic identity, the hotel has invested $1M in capital improvements and renovations. Structural enhancements have been made to buildings, roofs, and fencing, and the bathrooms have been completely remodeled.
